My three inch hole beats your three inch hole
As many of you know I started a new job a few weeks back at the Daemon Group as their new digital planning guy, and naturally that means another desk to pimp out with geeky gadgets. On a related note, you know those holes in your office desk, the ones for cables etc? Boring huh? WELL NOT ANYMORE!
This little beauty is rigged up to the power under my desk here at Daemon, and offers three USB ports that disappear when I no longer need them using a heat sensor in the device. Neat, huh?
Combined with my three monitors, iPhone stand, other USB hub shaped like a TARDIS and the fact I’ve set up a powerboard on my desktop, my colleague James is slightly worried about latent radiation sitting so close to me. I would be too.
Anyway, like it? If you’ve got something equally, or even more geeky on your desk drop it in the comments below - always love to see more ways to pimp my workspace ![]()

Yes, thank you Mitch, fixed now. It was private for only a short time yesterday while the AudioSwap was processing, no idea why it reverted.

Cheers dude, watched it now! I must say, I’m really impressed with your three inch hole. Tres impressive. The most out of the ordinary thing on my desk right now is a fruit bowl full of fruit. You’ve inspired me to give my desk some sex appeal.
