<description>We got different reaction on this issue. In my part, I am not even knowledgeable enough with this topic because I am not actually from Australia. But, if I just base my opinions and reaction to those people said and to what I have read, I am just one sided. It is unfair with the Rudd side. But it seems they are also undergoing a serious and a hard time these days for sure. Anyway, we have rights to express our thoughts and I do respect them.

<description>I'm hoping this is the same thought as I have in mind now. Facebook is an epitome of a ruling class in social media these days. Its supremacy is seen with its constant site transformation, which is okay in some cases. But the site changes has becoming so frequent now that you couldn't even tell of where to go already. You know, there is always beauty in simplicity. Hope that applies too with Facebook.

<description>Still I want reading newspaper somehow but I prefer the net as far as mother earth is concern. To be able to save most of the trees around the globe, one way is by reducing its uses. The lesser the need to produce paper from the trees, it will also utilizes its demand.

<description>Whilst Paul is right - curation is important - that's not really the issue here. Everyone curates their feed to some extent - whether it's just untagging the photos of themselves where they're acting like trashbags, or only posting good &#38; happy events to Facebook; it's a natural thing to do, and so one's timeline should, generally, be a fairly pleasant trip down memory lane.
The problem here is how you choose to focus on those memories: after all, the photos are not of a messy-breakup, or a falling out with a friend, they're of you having a good time somewhere, because those are the times when people take photos (so you see; even before Facebook, people were curating their memories - no-one takes photos at a funeral, for instance) - but when you look at these, you're not focusing on the happy memory, you're dwelling on the regret of how things ended, which is actually an entirely separate event.
I can't remember where I read it, but there's a bunch of literature on how happiness correlates to how people focus on time - and those that spend most of their time thinking about the present and future are far happier than those who spend a lot of time thinking about the past - if you're spending a lot of time regretting things, you're looking in the wrong direction...
